Sdyn is recognised world over for its Customer Support services. We believe in making a strong relation with our customers which we always place higher than anything else. Quality of service, knowledge, expertise, courtesy and promptness are the hallmarks of Sdyn’s Customer Support. All Customer Support operations are centralised at our headquarters in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. Our team here monitors and controls every movement of the department. We stock an extensive inventory of spares for most of our Sdyn shaker models. Every spare is issued from the headquarters to ensure that only approved spares are used. Our team of engineers at our headquarters and at our regional offices is dedicated to support the customer in every way possible to make their experience with Sdyn remarkable. Direct technical support by telephone and email is provided on a routine basis to all our customers. Field service is provided as needed from our Headquarters in Roorkee or our North, West and South Regional offices in Gurugram, Pune, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Chennai, and our international distributors’ offices. To ease the communication, we offer all our customers a single point of contact via our email address which is support@sdyn.in, for any support related enquiries.
At Sdyn, the maintenance system for our machines is of the highest quality, available on mutually agreed terms and cost, keeping the customer’s requirements always at the forefront. AMC’s can be comprehensive (inclusive of spares) or non-comprehensive (non-inclusive of spares), depending on the customer’s needs.
Such contracts include the following services:
- System health check: Our regular visits to check the functioning and health condition of the system at the customers’ premises which gives them immense confidence.
- Flexible service: Our ‘service hotline’ is available 24×7 for immediate action on the maintenance contracts.
- Preventive maintenance (PM): All defective and worn-out parts are replaced before anticipated failure and the system is brought back to unhindered operation.
- Additional services: We build the AMC according to our customer’s demands and additional services such as Training, Calibration and Software Upgrades can be made part of the AMC on mutually agreed terms and cost.
We maintain a team of highly capable engineers that can identify the root cause of every issue faced at the customer’s site. A comprehensive record of every PM and breakdown is also maintained. This allows us to suggest our customers which AMC plan shall be the most suitable as well as economical for them, given the case history of their machine.
We suggest every customer to opt for 4 PM visits annually. This visit is designed to detect even the smallest of issues that the machine could be facing or might face in the future. As a company policy, we always provide the best solutions, while maintaining complete transparency with the customer.
Apart from these contracts, we offer an option for a one time visit also depending on case to case to help attain the highest system running time within your budget.

Our engineers are given complete, extensive and regular training to ensure that each installation meets the highest quality standards and safety norms laid under ISO 9001:2000. From checking that every machine arrives in perfect condition, to training the customer on the usage and handling of the machine, the installation and commissioning of Sdyn machines is done within any constrains set by our customers.
- Before installation, a site inspection is conducted by our engineers to assess the area where the equipment would be placed to ensure its optimum utilisation.
- During installation, our engineers comply with all performance requirements and safety standards.
- The system is tested and commissioned in entirety before the final handover.
- Our highly skilled engineers impart training to authorized personnel of the customer to make sure they meet all the operational and safety requirements while using the system.
